Josh Brent charged with Manslaughter Killing Jerry Brown Jr. in Crash
Update December 10, 2012. 8:00AM PST.: Brent released on bail fo $500 K.

Cowboys Josh Brent has been charged with manslaughter early Saturday morning after flipping car killing teammate Jerry Brown Jr.
Brent was Driving at a high rate of speed according to police and flipped car once at approximately 2:21AM killing Jerry Brown Jr. Brown was pronounced dead at the local hospital a short time later. Brown was a linebacker for the team’s practice group.
Josh Brent was booked into the Irving jail after he failed a sobriety test. He has been charges with manslaughter for driving under the influence of alcohol.
