In the third and final ODI between Bangladesh and England, the opening batsman AJ Strauss out classed Bangladesh bowling. After putting into bat first and losing C Kieswetter early England doesn’t came under pressure and reply Bangladesh bowling with 250 runs partnership between AJ Strauss and IJL Trott. In Second ODI, IJL Trott scored 90 plus runs but not able to rescue England team.
IJL Trott made century and scored 110 runs on 121 balls. It takes 140 balls to AJ Strauss to reach the total of 154 runs. He hit 14 fours and five sixes. England reached 250 marks in 40 over. 250 runs partnership brightens England chances of winning.
RS Bopara the inclusion in England team also performed well and he scored 45 runs on just 16 balls. Four power sixes and two fours helped him to reach the individual score of 45 runs.
AJ Strauss was in search of good form and finally he got his form back and scored 154 runs. He got out in the 44th over when he was batting confidently on 154. His determination and confident shots helped England to score good total and winning the series by 2-1 against Bangladesh.

The Supreme Court has delayed the ruling on the objections raised by the Federation regarding the formation of a full bench to hear the cases challenging some clauses of the 18th amendment on Monday.
The court would likely to announce the ruling after 1:00pm today. During the course of hearing, Federations counsel Dr Abdul Basit said that the bench is not complete, contending that Justice Zahid Hussain should also be a part of the bench.He said argued that suspension of Justice Zahid is against the courts verdict. On being asked by the court about name of the person who objected over the bench composition, Basit named Salman Farroqui, Presidents chief of staff. The court asked whether the president is authorized to raise objections. The CJ said that his inclusion in the bench should not be objected, and added that the case is of significant importance and as such the bench composition is justified. Upon this, the court ordered the Federations counsel to submit the objections in writing. On the other hand, Salman Farroqui denied having conversed with Dr Basit on the issue of bench ever.

Cold Open: State of the Union Address – I loved the inclusion of footage from the actual State of the Union address … and the Golden Globes! Seriously, the amount of not only applause, but STANDING applause during these speeches is ridiculous.
Monologue: Jon Hamm – Was definitely funny to see Don Draper-ized roles in the other shows, but Hamm was in quite a few other notable shows that could have been funnier to spoof with Don Draper added, like The Division, Providence or What About Brian … OK, so maybe not-so-notable.
Gametime with Randy & Greg – Holy crap, definitely one of the funniest skits for a while. The ending alone was funny as hell, with a classic Body Snatchers scream.

NEW YORK: The prosecution in the trial of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, who is on trial on attempted murder charges in a New York court, has requested jury to record her testimony despite her inappropriate conduct in court, Geo news reported on Wednesday.
The government of Pakistan has sped up its diplomatic and official efforts for release of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui.
Geo has informed that the Pakistan’s ambassador to USA, Hussain Haqqani has met Judge Barman, reviewing her case, in order to seek updates regarding the case, and also met the public prosecutor, and attorney to Dr. Aafia in this regard.
Sources have informed that the speeding up of Pakistan’s efforts come in wake of special directives by PM, while interior Rehman Malik has also said to have stepped up his efforts regarding the case.
Sources have deliberated that in the coming days, this case would be taking an important turn, and it was possible that America demand ‘some incentives’ from Pakistan in return of Dr. Aafia’s release; which might include exchange of five American terrorists arrested from Sargodha in return of release of Dr. Aafia.

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik has once again insisted that there was no presence of Blackwater in the country.
Speaking to newsmen in Parliament House on Wednesday, he said that those, who have evidence of Blackwater’s presence in the country, should share it with the government, which will take action.
He said that the government would go after the terrorists everywhere in the country. The minister said that security situation in Peshawar and rest of the country is now much better than before.
To a question about the NRO, the interior minister said his hands were clean and that he was ready to defend his cases in the courts.
Talks could not be held with the militants, he said and added that operation would go on till complete elimination of the terrorist.
Some 2000 suspected terrorist had been apprehended, he informed. Malik said that security agencies were closely watching the enemies.
Government has strongly reacted to India over non-selection of Pakistani players in IPL, Malik maintained adding that in case Pakistani players will be given clearance to play in India if their inclusion in IPL is assured by Indian government.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani sent to President Asif Ali Zardari the recommendation for the appointment of Anwar Mansoor Khan as Attorney General, Geo News reported Wednesday.
According to an announcement issued here from the PM House, the recommendation for Senior Advocate Anwar Mansoor Khan to be promoted as Attorney General has been sent to the President.
Anwar Mansoor Khan has previously worked as Sindh’s Advocate General.
The office of Attorney General is lying vacant, as former AG Latif Khosa has been appointed as PM’s adviser and deputy Attorney General Shah Khaver is functioning as the acting Attorney General.
